How invites work, and what each role can do.

Sending an invite
From Settings → Team, click Invite teammate, enter their email, and pick a role. They get an email with a 7-day single-use link. If it expires, just resend.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. Billing, workspace deletion, role changes. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Everything except billing and role-elevation. |
| Editor | Create, edit, approve, and publish content. Run audits. |
| Reviewer | Read everything. Approve or request revisions on content. No publishing. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Useful for clients and stakeholders. |
Seat limits
Team-member seats are part of your plan. See Pricing for what each tier includes. If you hit the limit, the invite flow tells you and links to upgrade.
Removing someone
From Settings → Team, click the row, then Remove. Their session ends within 60 seconds. Their authored content stays — it's only the access that's revoked.
